Current situation: I went to use the teleport spell, then clicked out of it without using it. The teleport spell icon remained above my armories. Not sure if it's relevant, but the armories were visible (i.e. off-screen) while the teleport spell was active.

Expected situation: Teleport spell icon above buildings should only be visible while I've clicked to use a teleport. Icon should disappear once I click out of this.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Click to use teleport spell in inventory.
2. Click out of this without using a spell.
3. Scroll around city to see if any buildings still have the icon displayed.
