I have unlocked an expansion no. 26 but the button was grey/unclickable.
So I cannot click to buy a city expansion.
Refreshing the browser, signing out & in again did not work either.
I have waited 9 hours later to sign in & check again. Nothing has changed.

It's a known issue, it's about a week and a half since it happened to me. As you can see a lot of us have the same problem and we're still waiting...
