I am not sure what the 29th of March has to do with this. I was just trying to point out that this is a known issue and provide a link to a few workarounds that are posted elsewhere in the forum for those who are interested.

I have no problem with the game. Working smoothly. Don't know if it helps or not but,

i am using Opera browser (v28.0).
Flash v16.0.0.305
Java v7 update 67
Operating system is Windows 7 - 64 bit
I don't use any anti-virus software

My java and flash versions are not up to date, I know.

How much Ram / which CPU do you have. Elvenar eats lots of RAM because you cannot scale grafic Quality atm. And Win7 itself is a Ram killer too.

If you only have 4GB this could be a reason because nearly all your ram is used by elvenar and win7

I have the same problem, but i feel that the game knows if i'm on that tab or in other in the browser (firefox always), because if i open a new tab and start the game and i go to other tab, usually game never arrives to 100%, only the "lovely" 64%, maybe I'm wrong.
Can't be a memory problem for me, i got 12GB.

Hi! After all this time as players reporting about this 64% loading issue,
we seem to be back at square 1! The only difference is that I'm getting
a "Server Error" at 64%! Today I had to clean out The Browser History
3 times to be able to log on to Elvenar! Twice at start of the game and
once while changing onto the map! The game just froze!! After all this
time one would think Inno's got control of this issue by now!!??
If you (Inno) serious about this game might I suggest to employ an Expert
in this matter, or maybe employ a Server to be able to start this game
onto the Net without these problems!! Just to let all of you know, I've
got no problems whatsoever logging on to FoE!!!!!!
As I reported before I'm the owner of a highend computer running
WIN8.1 64 bit with 8 gb of ram 2 tb of diskspace and think this is not
the cause of the problem as it clearly lies with INNO! My Internet not
at fault either!! If that would be the case, I would have problems
running FOE which is clearly not the case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In firefox/waterfox : options → tabs → untick "don't load tabs until selected"

Or options > advanced > network tab > check "Override automatic cache management > set limit cache to 0 MB of space
