Reproducibility: guess 5/5 = happens always
Current situation:
KP Bar extends to 20 available KP "slots", after casting spell. Ok.
The Spell was activated just a few minutes before I got the 10th KP. I can't remember if it was visibily added, but the screenshot taken about half an hour later shows only 9 KP instead of 10.
Now, again one hour later and many refreshes F5 and log-ins later, I have 10 KP ... to be continued ...
Expected situation:
KP should be add to the KP Bar (until 20 KP are reached) without a loss of the initial 10th KP.
