Incomplete Silk Tournament bug on getting shards

I tested on two provinces.
I get the prize but with no shards on prize. Same error on romanian server
It says 0x shards

You can't get more than 10 broken rune shards. Isn't your inventory already full?

Hi Fantom, you get 0 shards when you already have 10 shards.

Do you allready have 10 broken shards in your inventory? as long as you are at max capacity you will get 0
