Duplicate Set buildings disconnected

I know there has been a lot of going back and forth on this one, but I just loaded and my set building not connected to a road are showing that they are not connected. So whatever happened since the last time I loaded broke my set buildings connection to the road.

Seems any change in your city (move/build/upgrade anything) forces serverside recalculation with bad set buildings config.

Hmmm, well, just looking back and thinking... I didn't do any of those. I did build a workshop, but I think I did it after the disconnect...
