Duplicate server error/stream error

http://prnt.sc/ctribl this is what happens when i reload game after contineous server/stream errors....game almost totally unplayable.cant visit cant collect quest hangs up chat hangs up barracks hangs up...server bottleneck what i think

and now im getting the same thing with forum "this site cant be found elvenar beta took to long to respond" !!!!!!

yes here is 2 pics 1 of chat not loading the other is a stream error also note that i used a few spells but the spell icons stayed on all the buildings....http://prnt.sc/cttqrl http://prnt.sc/ctu6cc http://prnt.sc/ctud4z
you can also see no recurring quest as it hangs up for several moments every time i scroll through to find the one im looking for .......... when a troop build is just about to pop or i get a visit my city screeches to a halt for several moments

here are some more pics of the difficulties i'm having http://prnt.sc/cty1x0 http://prnt.sc/cty2le http://prnt.sc/cty8qw...... as i posted earlier here is a pic after i used a couple spells note that my spell tab is closed yet the spell use icon is still over buildings they do go away after refreshing the page... noticing more that when a que in barracks is a sec or 2 from complete is when game hangs up sometimes it releases others i get errors and need to reload

17 stream errors and 2 server errors this morning in a time span of 3 hours and yes it is happening mostly from barracks but a few from supply completions and when i re-enter world chat box takes 3-5 seconds to load. i use chrome other browsers are a bit worse for me. what i have been doing is small unit builds eg 10-20 treants 25 sorceress 50 drone riders about 6 -20 min builds in each of the 5 ques, i am running supplies in the 5 min production cycle. http://prnt.sc/cu6ode i tried to collect supplies and got this error in that pic barracks has no icon after i reload the barracks icon to collect is there so it almost always just before barracks que completes game hangs up
