Game version: v1.28-(3fe4d9139) (2017-04-06 10:15)
Game world: beta
Browser + version: chrome Version 57.0.2987.98
Flash Player version: 25.0.0.127
Operating System: win7
Screen resolution: irrelevant
Account name: Flabbes
Humans or Elves: Human

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Quest title: none

Current situation:
Ijust selled a steel manufactory level 8 (needed population) -. the tooltip says 190 and the game is giving 185 population?
Coins in tooltip & blimp is 26.000, in Wiki building up costs 25.500 coins

Additional information:
built AW Dwarfen Bulwark Lvl1 + Mountain Halls Lvl 2

Expected situation:
To get back 190 population and less coins (50% of 25.500?), don't know how the supplies are calculated

Reproduction Steps
1.
Have steel manufactory level 8
2. look at the tooltip
3. sell building and check the blimps

This difference between tooltip information and what is actually happening when upgrading or selling building is caused by process of rebalancing of AWs in the game. Mountain Halls doesn't give fixed number of population anymore. That number is now influenced by several factors. Number of population given by Mountain Halls now depends on number of working population in the city. When you sell a building, you get back population you invested when you built it. At the same time that selling causes less working population in town, which leads to less population given by Mountain Halls. Game automatically subtracts population given back (by selling building) and population lost in Mountain Halls. That is the reason why you got back less population than the tooltip showed you before selling.

This is not a bug. Game works as intended. We will forward the feedback however for we understand this can cause confusion.

Same is happening when you are building or upgrading buildings, but in the opposite direction. Game will use less population then is shown in upgrading building info, if you have Mountain Halls. That is because Mountain Halls will give you more population when you start building or upgrading buildings cause that process will cause working population to rise in your city.

So, I will rename your second thread about wrong population as a duplicate and declare this one as 'not a bug'.
