Duplicate Screen blackout when visiting neighbours

The screen black-out and having to reload several times when visiting my neighbours has been going on for quite a while now. At least 14 days. When will this issue be solved? It is not doable to visit all the neighbours at the moment. It takes such a long time. Maybe better to solve this before launching the fellowships...
