User Interface Save a keystroke and mousing

Proposal: Save a Quest selection keystroke.

Currently when a new quests is presented for a player to dismiss or OK, a small icon of a avatar appears at the left side of the screen. The player clicks on this avatar icon to get a large info box that details what the quest requires to be completed. If the player accepts the quest, the little avatar icon stays on the left side of the screen. If the player rejects the quest and confirms that rejection, a new small avatar icon appear which has to be clicked again to get the detailed info on that quest.

It would save a keystroke/click and a lot of mouse movement if the small avatar did not appear at the start of a quest. Instead the larger quest info box would appear in the center of the window. It would detail the quest like before with the same 'accept' or 'dismiss' functions. If player dismisses that quest, the next quest immediately appears instead of having to move the mouse over to yet another small avatar icon. Only if the player accepts a quest should there be placed a small avatar icon on the left of the screen to represent that quest for future reference.

So can we save that keystroke/click initiating a quest and having to move the mouse back and forth so much?

I like the idea, but it brings up the question of what the dev's intention was with declinable quests.
Was it intended that every time before we do anything we cycle through the entire quest options a few times to maximize our rewards?

For example if you are about to start clearing a province you'd be smart to
1. click through all of the quests until you get to "fight and win 3 encounters"
2. clear 3 encounters
3. click through all of the quests until you get to "fight and win 3 encounters"
4. clear 3 encounters
5. click through all of the quests until you get to "complete a province"
6. clear 2 encounters

Tedious and imho not what was intended.
A better way would be to simply give a bonus every time you fight and win 3 encounters regardless of quest. Same with getting a bonus every time you produce x,xxx steel, or completing a province.
Basically since you can choose what quest you are on by clicking through them as often as you like, why not just make all those little quests active all the time?

The idea was more focused on limiting the mousing across the screen and saving a unnecessary mouse click. This will help players who have difficultly with eye hand co-ordination or use laser pointers to select items on the screen.
