Duplicate Research Descriptions

Excuse me if I'm missing a format or this has already been suggested.

I think it would be useful if there were more detailed description of researches in the Research tab. It would be helpful to know more information when trying to decide if you want to research it or not. For instance in the Elves the technology "Flying Boat" provides 250 culture when made, however in the research tab all it says is "With this you can construct the Flying Boat." I think it would personally be helpful for me to also have the information available in the research tab.
