However we still have problems trying to reproduce it.

Was this after you received the tournament reward maybe? And you didnt refresh the game yet?
Was there maybe something else you did? Like gain a bonus of the same of other type on world map?

Its not up to me to decide who gets diamonds or not, nor can i give them out

If you know the exact reproduction steps, then why didn't you post them in the first place?

But the remedy is easy: just refresh

I posted the simpler version, which is all that is needed for post.
I used to be stiffed out of diamonds all the time so stopped posting here for a long time. 'Usually cannot be reproduced'
I can right now remember everything I did tonight but I probably won't tomorrow.
