Fixed Quest to "Build 20 residences to level 24 or higher" won't complete.

Current situation:
__Quest to upgrade 20 residences to level 24 or higher is stuck on 19/20 residences and won't complete the final one

I think what i know what is wrong here.
It looks like its not the upgrading part that counts, you need to have 20 level 24 residences(or higher) in your town as the same time and then it completes.

Do you have 20 of those?

Ill ask to change the the description because it is indeed confusing

Ahh...I have 19 and the 20th is a magic residence.

Thanks @ophion, and @Kersepitje - this is indeed a text error, and the quest can be completed by having 20 level 24 residences in your city at the same time. We have therefore moved the report to our text-related errors section, and forwarded it to be fixed. The text should be corrected in an upcoming update.
