As you can see from the screenshot the quest text calls me Human Lord - even though the quest was completed in an Elf city (Winyandor on the EN server).
The quest is this one:
It will be a few more days before I can complete it on Beta and see if the text error is present here too, but quest texts are supposed to be the same for all worlds, so...
