Fixed Quest "Research Improved Scouts"

There's a quest saying "Research IMPROVED Scouts" while in the research tree, it's called ADVANCED Scouts.

As I read this thread, I had the same quest open and can confirm, what is said above. The research is the one, that leads the player into the second age...
