Duplicate Quest line shows "completed" when in reality it hasn't been.

Logged in this morning to find that I had "completed" the quest "Research Ancient Wonders of the Orcs".
However I'm actually still a few "Loot" short of actually researching this knowledge and have been for a while. Something has changed between yesterday and today for me to be able to complete that quest line.
