Quest title: Better Quality Crystals

Current situation:
Have a Level 7 Crystal Manufactory - And I have it and I get not the Rewards - it's not finished

Expected situation:
__finished the quest


Reproduction Steps
1. get the quest
2.build the crystal factory and build and build and build ---- it needs a few days

The image of the manufactory is a Gems manufactory. The quests asks you for a Crystal manufactory, though. Crystals and Gems are not the same resource.
