Quest title: A farewell present

Current situation:
After having completed a quest aking to collect mana, a quest with title "A farewell present" is aking to research Spring Grove: that research is not available at the moment. Maybe it's a research for the next guest race that will soon be available?

Expected situation:
This quest should not appear before the corresponding research is available.

Reproduction Steps
1. Finish the quest asking to collect mana (I don't remember the title)
2. A new quest "A farewell present" appears aking to research Spring Grove: that research is not available at the moment

Sorry, with a better search in the forum, I've found that this problem has already been mentionned.
