Current situation:
When we try to check how many supply prosperity tower will give on next lvl, we get wrong information

Expected situation:
Information should show how many supply AW will give on next lvl not on current

Reproduction Steps
1. Take mouse to hand
2. click LMB on prosperity tower
3. switch tab to "upgrade" by pressing LMP on this tab
4. move coursor onto current level of ur prosperity tower check howe many supply it giving
5. now move mouse onto how many supply prosperity tower will give on next lvl and it will be same
6. now u can use ur mouse to other thing

Hey MalpA, on that label only one tooltip can exist, so in fact you are seeing the same information even when you hover over the arrow, and it displays current level not just in that AW but in the upgrade tab of all buildings . Thank you for your super detailed reproduction steps
