Not a Bug Production building is wondering what to do

Current situation:
If you cancel production and click on building fast right after (before the animation change to innactive) you will get window from screenshot

Expected situation:
It should know what to do

Reproduction Steps
1. Open some production building, in my case it is Planks Grafting Site
2. Set some production
3. Cancel production
4. Click on the building again to set different production fast enough (before the animation of building change to innactive)

I cannot reproduce it, how many times i try even with the planks grafting site.
However i'm sure i've seen it in the past when being on a slow/dead connection.
But because of that i wouldn't label it as a game bug, more as a connection bug.

Not sure what to do with this, i'll label it as cannot reproduce and see if others can reproduce it.

This is not a game bug but more of a performance issue. It's not something that can be processed as a bug itself though, so we'll have to archive this thread now.
