Current situation:
__I want to add KP's to tech tree but can't. Previously opened tech's are greyed out.

Expected situation:
__To open tech tree and add KP's

Reproduction Steps
1. __Click on research icon.
2. __Tech tree opens at the end of level 4
3. __Scroll tech to level 7
4. __
5. __

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

I 've got the same problem. I can't spend anymore KP's in the fairies chapter even though I already spend some point in the Night Farm tech.

go back to squad size upgrade 9 & 10 in your research tree, this is where the error is, one of these techs has been deactivated, you can re-activate it for free and everything seems to go back to normal

I already spend 3 KP's on squad upgrade 9, so now the progress says 43/40 and the button says -135 diamonds.

Sadly it doesn't work for my, I only get an internal error. I guess because of the 3 KP's I already had spend on the squad upgrade #9 before I realize that it was a bug.

@Jasper - your issue seems a little different somehow - if you didn't do so already, please raise a ticket about this and we will be able to look into it for you
