Not a Bug Old/resolved Quests pop up

Reproducibility: not possible for me

Current situation:
Old, already solved quests "Research Paladin" and "Train 10 Paladins" popped up, while I was declining other Quests from the normal quest line. (Not the Orc quest line, which I am already working at). Unfortunately, I lost the second "Train 10 Paladins" screenshot, but the were both solvable.

Expected situation:
Old, already solved quests should not come back later in the game.

Due to the battle redesign we had to make some big adjustments to our quest flows. This gave some side effects like this. Either way, it's not a bug.
