Cannot reproduce not getting rewards from tournament provinces

Flash Player version: no idea
Operating System or Mobile Device: iOS 14.2 iPhone 7
Screen resolution: of iPhone 7

Humans or Elves: Elves

Reproducibility: 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
when complete the province in tournament, I dont get its reward (no enchanted items no knowledge poits, simply nothing)

Expected situation:
when complete the province in tournament, we get its rewards

Steps
1. open app
2. log in
3. open world map
4. open tournament
5. fight/negotiate tournament province
6. currently not getting rewards

Unfortunately we have been unable to reproduce this issue. If anyone else experiences it, please let us know with as much detail as possible, and we will take another look

suddenly today it works, but yesterday it did not...well I will try tomorrow to be sure
