Cannot reproduce NH on culture building does not show in tooltip

similar to main hall and builder hut, culture building which got NH are not showing correct tooltip, it does count towards culture bonus tho

Current situation:
When you get NH on culture building there is no information in tooltip that you got help, how long it will last, what is increased bonus and so on.

Expected situation:
There should be correct tooltip

Reproduction Steps:
1. get help on culture building
2. observe tooltip over affected culture building

My investigation report:

1. Cultural tooltips 'gone mad' in towns which unlocked mana technology.
2. All cultural building which get NH show different tooltips, sometimes they show correct data, sometimes wrong data. Weeping Willow should produce 2800 mana, but Dony's screenshot shows 2400 mana.
3. Tooltips on cultural buildings which don't produce mana, show mana production.
4. Tooltips don't show all NH data, there is no data about remaining time of NH.
5. Sometimes tooltip looks like the one on Dony's second screenshot.

it seems to depend on the building you have checked before :
checking willows displays culture and mana prod without current help info
going to the mysterious magic egg shows mana production though there should be none
going to another plain cultural building sets things right
back to the magic egg, culture without help info
I think I saw somthing similar when checking on a building with both culture and population and then to plain cultural building;
and it also does it if you check a cultural building with a spell on it and then a cultural building with no spell, where the spell effect appears in the popup
it looks like an extended side effect of the well known "popup from last time", when hovering over a button shows a popup that relates to the previous button you have clicked (stuff like "close window", "fellowship" or "visit this city")

You are right, data on next tooltip show info from the previous tooltip. For example: you check Weeping Willow and then Garden of Harmony, GoH will show 2800 mana production, same as WW produce.

And when you log in and move pointer on cultural building with NH help, you get this scrambled tooltip:


Then you move to second cultural building and get wrong tooltip (with missing data), and third cultural building also have wrong tooltip and plus info about mana production from the previous cultural building. And so on.

Then you make little pause and start again with checking cultural building first you get wrong tooltip, and after that you get wrong tooltip and plus info about mana production from the previous cultural building. And so on.

even if you click on culture building and on that overview panel you move over culture icon it shows this scrambled tooltip

This bug is no longer reproducable on our side, so it seems that it was fixed automatically with the fix for the Builder's Hut NH bug. We will archive the thread now, please let us know if anyone still encounters problems. @Dony : Since we were able to reproduce it before, we will of course grant you the diamonds
