Current situation:
Neighborly help usually shows golden hands when someone has helped me in the last 24 hours. This is no longer happening. I can verify that the help occurred, but the wrong icon is displayed. The correct reward (both coin and supplies) is received at least (you will need to take my word for that as I can't upload the mp4).

Correct icon used.
Reproduction Steps
1. Open Notifications window
2. Select most recent FS member who has helped
3. Open FS window
4. Look up FS member who has helped most recently
5. Note color of hands is incorrect.
