Not a Bug New scout fulfilled quest

I just started a new scout and one of my quest (collect 16000 supplies) was suddenly fulfilled !?
Have to wait 58 hour before I can check this again...

Yes, I do have a ToS but I thought that you get the rewards from that AW when a scout is finished, not when starting a new scout.

"This building provides you with Supplies every time a province gets scouted...."

My previous scout was finished yesterday, didn't have enough resources to start a new one till today.

my tooltip says: reward supplies when starting a scout depending on your supply capacity

Hmm, your right. Maybe they should change the main text to something like this : "This building provides you with Supplies when starting a scout...." I don't usually check the tooltips and now it is a bit confusing.

So as stated by others, you get the hammers from the tome of secrets wonder when you start your scout.
