Not a Bug Neighborly Help results in internal error

Game version: v1.6.1-(5dc0315) (2016-05-11 8:39)
Game world: BETA 1

Reproducibility: guess 5/5

Current situation:
Neighborly Help results in an internal error, if somebody else helped on the same town/map + building before you clicked the building.

Expected situation:
Giving help to a building should not result in an internal error, if another player gave Neighborly Help meanwhile. Either, show a message, that somebody else helped already or just change the state of the helping hands icon.

Reproduction Steps
Load the town/map of a player/member with two different accounts. Choose the same building to give Neighborly Help. The later player trying to give Neighborly Help to that building will get the internal error.

Since it should not be possible to help the same building too many times, it is to be expected that an error is returned in that scenario. While it may not be the prettiest or most informative error message, it is not a bug that it occurs. Should you desire another way to show that it should not be possible to perform neighborly help twice on the same building, please create a suggestion thread for that. :)

Well, that "error" is a NO-GO, cause it results in a server error, which causes or needs a complete re-load of the game. It's sure a bug and not a feature, to not display any message but instead just resolve a database error with a re-load of the game.

And "Suggestions": Nice, that you keep a list of suggestions ... not ONE (I don't know of any, just an assumption, most likely that I am right with this) did go into any release since version ... 0.x
