Duplicate Missing (message of) reward for completed province

Current situation:
- cleared all encounters in a province
- got to world map
- got no message for cleared a province nor for being rewarded for clearing a province
Expected situation:
- cleared a province
- get a message for clearing a province included with reward (KP and type of rune)
Reproduction Steps
1. clear the last encounter of a province
2. wait for message

Florabor beat me to it. I can confirm the same thing. I did notice that I received the rune shard for completing the province even though I didn't get the message saying so.

I've been able to reproduce this, but it's directly tied to this issue (they have the same cause), which makes this a duplicate.
