Cannot reproduce Missing Mainhall

When visting a neighbor I got this picture



The Mainhall is missing. First time appeared yesterday. Second time today.
A reload of the game solved the problem.

In both instances did this happen while visiting the same player? Or different players?

If you haven't done so recently, could you please try clearing your browser's cache, and see if the behavior appears again afterward. Missing graphics, overlapping graphics, and similar display issues can be a side effect from a full cache memory.

Upper picture: entering city
Lower picture: leaving city to World map and reenter city.

It's working without cache clearing or reload.

It happens only once during wisiting cities (giving help)

Is the Main Hall the only building disappearing, or does it happen with other buildings as well? Your last post seems to suggest it happens to multiple buildings (if I compare the two screenshots it seems the Trader and a few other buildings are missing as well)?

Are other players experiencing this? If you are, please do let us know so that we can have a better estimate of the effect of this potential issue. Plus comparing data could help us identify what might be causing it.

It would also be appreciated if anyone who does experience this can try and trace back their steps, so we can see if they'll help in reproducing the issue. At this time we've not been able to replicate this at all so we could use a bit more information.

I had it it today, but on de3, not beta.
I was helping my fellows and had one minute left until i could help a fellow again, so I waited a little in his city and then went to the worldmap and back to the city (because the help timer does no autoupdate) -> no more mainhall.

I have the same problem, building are disappearing. When I reload game others building are disappearing and others appear.
