Hi @Brummbaer no this is the additional reward coming with the Dragon Ark wonder.
At level 31, it gives me 86k of boosted precious sentient goods (T6) per Story Quest (this amount actually depends on your number of completed provinces x your ancient wonder power).

The rewards differ too.

Rewards from (event) buildings depend almost always (or at least partially) on the specific bonus goods of your city...
