Duplicate message board for visitors

I think a "Message Board" for visiting players are needful. The owner of the city can post the wish for the visitor, instead of using the city name: eg. You are visiting "Polish please".

Please take a look at the ideas of a player profile text in the World Map (click) and a welcome message in the visited city (click). Both ideas are already forwarded, but you can still add your support in those threads. I think the last one is similar to what you're suggesting. Therefore, I'll close this thread as a duplicate.
