Duplicate Martial Monastery upgrade blocked

Current situation: I added the last 2 Knowledge Points to my Martial monastery and was told I could open the upgrade tab but when I did so the upgrade tab said I haven't enough points for an upgrade

Expected situation: I should be able to proceed with upgrading my wonder as soon as I have the required number of knowledge points.

Reproduction Steps
1. Finish adding required number of Knowledge Points to the ancient wonder
2. Open upgrade tab.

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

Refresh your game and you can upgrade. There is an issue with adding runes and KP to all wonders right now. You can add it, but it will not register until you log off and log back in again.

Yes worked fine. My Monastery is now upgrading
