Incomplete Main quest: The celebretions

This quest seems to be bugged for me :
It requires to solve at least 6 quests. But it stays locked at 1/6 even after having validated a lot of quests...
Maybe because I have declined some secondary quests.

Yes its 99% because you declined them. I finished this one 1-2 days ago just fine but i did not decline any of the unique quests (learned from previous problem like that)

In general declining special quests ends bad
