Answered Magic Academy - Rewards still winter items

Just wondering, are the "rewards" you can win when completing 100 vision vaper always winter rewards?

My city has turned meanwhile into summer, but i noticed that the rewards from the Mystical object in the Magic Academy still can give some winter stuff.
