Not a Bug Lost every progress in my city

Most of my residences, workshops and all of my manufacturies disappeared. The Mainhall is Level 1 again. I lost all of the culture buildings and all the progress in my research. Lost the Academy and my inventory is empty. What is going on there????????

if you didnt log to the game last 30 days, your city got deleted, and now you starting a new one?
