Currently, there is no way to send a link via a Personal Message In-Game. The game provides the prompt that you can only send links to friends - but there is no way to add friends.
Additionally, I recently sent in a support ticket and found that when they responded a link was included in the message (as expected from other games from Inno) However, the link is not clickable and the interface does not support copy+pasting the text to put in the URL bar. (If I am wrong or missing something, please correct me)
So:
1. No "Friends option"
2. Can't send links via PM (which is a cool anti-spam feature... with the "Friends Only" limitation)
3. Support ticket links are not clickable. The only way to access them is to manually open the support tool and finding your ticket with a response.
