Not a Bug KPs in Wonder-Help not matching KP in KP Bar

Current situation:

Sorry, not a bug.

I have 22 KPs in the KP Bar. In a AW I wanted to invest, I only see 12 KPs
I have spell Inspiring Meditation active ...

Expected situation:
KP should be counted, added, and be available everywhere with the same value
