Confirmed even if - once again - no form is filled, but all beta server is experiencing.
Not sure if it's related to notifications/messages issue but @Marindor will tell us

As the fix for these issues were done through a different process than normally, I'll need to archive this thread as "no longer reproducable", but since the report was valid nonetheless, the diamonds will of course be granted. Thank you all for your patience in this matter.
