Inno...why u stop us to login by your shop

I get an error when i come out from spire
it say
"sorry, an internal error occured, please try it again later"

underneath it, Inno pop up a "tab" ....<to shop>

why Inno ask us to buy something, but at the same time
give us such error

no matter "how many I logout " and attemp to login
that error repeated
and
I cannot login

any 1 has the same fate as me ??

I try to use mobile to login as "time up for gate-opening in spire, need to go further in spire"

mobile has the same fate....
it keep on re-load game due to that error
