Current situation:
The popup window "notifications" contain different information between mouse-over event and window-open after clicking on the notifications (bell) .
Reproduction Steps
1. Mouse over to notification (bell) on Player profile and check popup window
2. Click to notification (bell) on Player profile and check open window
