Cannot reproduce incorrect culture bonus

my culture gone down for no reason, it is over 32K for 170% bonus, now gone down to 160 , i didnt build anything, I have also tried a culture spell but that doesnt work either

no, nothing like that, 32k was needed and i didnt build anything that needs more anyway they have corrected it now, but still it gone u to 33k without me building anything

When somebody buffs one of your cultural items that PARTICULAR item will contribute 200% for 8 hours.

Did you factor in that possibility? You'll have a buff icon over your OWN buildings that have been buffed.
