Duplicate I can't spend knowledge points in ancient wonders

I can't spend 10 knowledge points in my wonders or in somebody other´s. The last one kp works not too.
In the tech tree it goes.

Very annoying thing, on live servers too.

Happens right after using Inspiring Meditation with like 90% chance.

Yep.
Before applying Meditation spell, I could (and did) clear down the KP bar.
After applying Meditation spell, clearing down the KP bar to zero caused an Internal Error message. Didn't matter whether I tried to apply all KPs in one hit (failed immediately), or one-by-one (all got spent okay except for the last one, which chucked me out).
It didn't matter whether it was an AW (my own) that I was trying to use that last KP on, or a Technology in the Research bar, both chucked me out if it would have resulted in an empty KP bar.
Obviously I can't swear to it, but there's an implication that the spell might be the reason?
