I can't get into the tournament and spire

We have a quest today that needs tourney or spire encouters, and I can't get into either

Today (03 dec 2023) a new Spire has started and I cannot do any encounters there. All spots seem to be empty.

Mine is working ok (on PC - have not tested the app on the tablet)

It only occurred on my PC, the app I had no issues with. But all seems to be working fine now
