Not a Bug [HTML5] New loading screen background keep appearing everywhere where loading is needed

Reproducibility: 5/5

Current situation: New loading screen background should only be used when login into the game, don't use it for other situation where loading is required, it's slowing the game and annoying when you quickly see that loading screen and it disappears immediately (like when opening provinces or cities on the world map).

Expected situation: New loading screen should only be used when login into the game, just like with HTML5 off.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Enable HTML5
2. Go to world map, see new loading screen background
   
3. Open city or province, see new loading screen background again
   
4. Go back to your city, see new loading screen background again
5. Open tech tree, see new loading screen background again

Very annoying to have it appear that much.

Confirmed. The entry screen does appear often as posted.

Hi guys,

Double checked and this is not a bug, but the way it's currently intended to work. We will forward the feedback about it slowing the game

Think I'll switch back to Flash then.

Flashing of the background is annoying, especially when doing tournament. If you open a tournament province the new loading screen background appears for a split second, it's so short that you can't even see it really but the flashes are giving me a headache.
