Dear Elves and Humans,

As you will no doubt have noticed the Questions and Help section recently got a makeover. This is in order to bring some degree of organization to the section, so it is easy for forum-goers to see which questions have been answered adequately, and which are still requiring answers.

Thread Prefixes
We have introduced two new thread prefixes 'Question' and 'Answered'. The 'Question' prefix should be applied whenever you post a new question, so others can see you need an answer. The 'Answered' prefix will usually be applied by the Beta team when it is considered that the question has been adequately answered.
These thread prefixes are clickable, so if you see a great many threads, you can click on the 'Question' prefix to find all threads still requiring answers.

Archive
We have also introduced an Archive for the section. This is where you will find all questions which in the opinion of the Beta team have been adequately answered. Please note it is still possible to continue to post in threads which have been archived, should you feel it necessary to add further information.

We hope this structure makes the Questions and Help section easier for you to use.

New prefix - 'Guide'
Since this is the best section in which to post any player generated guides, third prefix has now been added - 'Guide'. As mentioned above, thread prefixes are clickable, so once several guides have been posted, they may be selected by clicking on the 'Guide' prefix
