Duplicate Herds Quest: Progress bar (visually) not updating

Reproducibility: 3.5/5 = happens randomly

Quest title: The March of the Herds
Produce Simple Tools 60 times
(also hapended before: Produce Beverages 100 times)

Current situation:
1. The progress bar does not fill up when collecting supplies.
2. Sometimes the progress bar is empty (show "0") after reloading the game, instead of showing the already collected amount.

Expected situation:
Progress bars should update immediatley.

Reproduction Steps
1.1 Collect supplies
1.2 Check the quest/progress bar

2.1 reload the game / Check progress bar
2.2 retry 2.1 several times, until the progress bar is empty.
