"Have not more than 0 Portal Sites"

Seems to me a very strange way of saying: "Have no Portal Site".

I'm almost getting the sense that in future guest races we may have more than 1 portal !?

Think this is actually good text tho. I remember getting this quest when i allready had the woodelf portal, and it would not complete. Luckily declinable, right?
or am i mistaking this quest with another one

More importantly the use of "tomfool" is odd. One can engage in tomfoolery, but would not be called a tomfool for doing so.
