Duplicate Graphics of the Gems Manufactory under construction

While the Gems manufactory is being upgraded from level 11 to level 12, it's image is shifted 1 square up to the north. It's actual position which can be checked with the footprint of the "move" feature is still correct. It's just a graphic bug, the building itself seems to behave normally.
