Current situation:
Today's Daily Exclusive "Golden Palace" (size 3x2) doesn't have any animation, while other culture buildings of the same size do.

Expected situation:
Culture buildings larger than 1x? or ?x1 should have animation.

And there is no image on mobile of this bulding too, a least i dont have it, its a shadow with "?" in the middle of it.

i can confirm there is no animation, but i do not think all buildings need an animation.
i dont see an animation for temple of the poenix of phoenix pavillion either. So getting this checked with game design
