Duplicate go to scout not working

Current situation:
__ when pushing the binocular the view moved to the middle of nowhere in area that wasn't discovered yet, and not close to the locations I discovered. It happened once, but when it was in that state it happened contineously, after refreshing the game, the issue was over.
__Also the text displayed is incorrectly formatted, and contains ???

Expected situation:
__ Move to the location directly that holds the scout
__and display the information is a nice structured way , without those ???

Reproduction Steps
1. __login to the world map and .
2. __push the binocular, this has to move to the scout
3. __Check if it goes to the scout location or not
4. __
5. __

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

GOTO scout is working (here), but the hovering info box is incorrect. Reloading the game does not change anything.
